In conjunction with the closing of Wesley Tongson's solo exhibition Singing and Dancing with Brush and Ink: The Art of Wesley Tongson, Christina Petrowska Quilico performs The Imagined at the Asia Society Hong Kong Center. This performance marks the Hong Kong debut of Alice Ping Yee Ho's 2024 solo piano work, inspired by Quilico and Tongson's art.

To mark the closing of Wesley Tongson's solo exhibition on 11 October 2026, Christina Petrowska Quilico performs music by Canadian Chinese composer Alice Ping Yee Ho. Named by CBC as one of the "20 Can't Miss Classical Pianists," Petrowska Quilico leads a programme where Ho's writing brings Eastern and Western traditions into dialogue.
The programme features Hong Kong Nostalgia, A Manic Ride through Lollipop Hell, and Pictures from an Imagined Exhibition. In The Imagined, Ho transforms the visual forms, stories, and emotional charge of Quilico's paintings and Tongson's ink art into an immersive musical journey, affirming creativity's transformative power and music's ability to conjure worlds both real and imagined.
