"Ink Asia 2023" Academic Programme: Conversation with Liu Kuo-Sung

Artist Liu Kuo-Sung will join a panel discussion at "Ink Asia 2023" presented by The Ink Society on 7 October 2023 at 5pm. Preceding the discussion, the Liu Kuo-Sung Ink Art Award 2023 will take place at 4:30pm.
Mr Joe Zhu Chunhang, Independent Curator, will lead the discussion along with Dr Cai Heng, Senior Curator at National Gallery Singapore, and Ms Tina Pang, Curator, Hong Kong Visual Culture at M+. This panel will reflect on the art, creativity and life of pioneering master artist Liu Kuo-Sung.

"Ink Asia 2023" will present the city with a world-renowned initiative that celebrates niche and exquisite ink art. The event will feature a series of captivating exhibitions, public installations, ink art events, and educational activities, taking viewers on a journey through the evolution of ink art from its ancient roots to its contemporary expressions. "Ink Asia 2023" will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from Thursday 5 October to Sunday 8 October 2023, with a VIP Preview on Wednesday, 4 October 2023.
