The pioneer of the New Ink Art Movement in Hong Kong, Lui Shou-kwan had a profound influence on the development of modern ink art. Featuring the collection of the Hong Kong Museum of Art and the Art Museum of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, this exhibition charts the artistic journey Lui underwent through his experiment of forms of ink painting. It also exhibits the works of Lui's peers and younger artists, while paying tribute to the major contribution he made to art education and the development of modern ink art.
