Kongkee's solo exhibition "Kongkee: Electronic Heart Beat" will be presented at the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa, from 18 October 2025 to 22 March 2026.

In "Dragon's Delusion", Kongkee imagines a speculative universe in which the Qin Shi Huang obtains the secret to immortality, establishing eternal and absolute rule in a cyberpunk future where humans, androids, and cyborgs coexist. In this world, people connect to the “Immortality Project” system in exchange for immortality, subjecting their body and consciousness to strict surveillance and control.
The protagonist of this work, an android named Joe, is an entity created by replicating the memories and personality of the Warring States politician, poet, and philosopher Qu Yuan. Traversing the boundaries between history and the present, reality and fiction, Qu Yuan confronts the fundamental question of what free will means for humanity.
