Embarking on a brilliant 2024 with our talented artists – Galerie du Monde is delighted to share that the works of 3 GDM artists, Wesley Tongson, Wu Chi-Tsung, and Cathy Lu have entered into the museum collection of the Asian Art Museum San Franscisco, and these works will be featured in the institution’s first exhibition of the year, on view from 19 January to 17 October 2024.
“Into View: New Voices, New Stories” features artists who challenge and subvert convention by transforming familiar stories, stereotypes, and techniques. By demanding a new agency from familiar narratives, these artists of color are writing their own futures.
