The retrospective of the late Taiwanese artist Yu Peng "A Wanderer between Heaven and Earth: Yu Peng" is on view at the Taipei Fine Arts Museum. On June 15, Wu Chi-Tsung will join guest curator Wu Chao-Jen in a discussion to explore the re-interpretation of traditional Chinese brush and ink in the contemporary content. Wu Chi-Tsung and Wu Chao-Jen will talk about the "formalism" of brush and ink in Yu Peng's works, Yu's transformation from the Western hard-pen sketches to Eastern brush and ink.
